What exactly is priority testing?
Not all tests can be tested at once, but one after the other when they arrive at the laboratory. With priority testing, you will be given priority in the order and yours will move to the front. However, it does not end here. In future we will develop and pubish features, which are only available for priority users on the water test evaluation page.

Is this service not already included in the water test I purchased?
All questions about the test itself are of course free of charge. We are happy to provide you with answers according to your values, dosing recommendations and other information from the test. However, the test alone may not answer all the questions you have about your strategy, no matter what your goal is. For this reason, we have created this service for you, in order to be able to focus on your individual problems or goals.

How can I ask the questions, for example, is there a telephone service?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a telephone service. We believe that a service based on e-mail correspondence allows a much faster and better assistance. A whole communication history with a lot of information will be created in this e-mail correspondence, which our team can look at together in order to give the best possible advice.

Some companies use a AI-software or a bot, which gives the answers. Do you do the same?
No, not at all. We know this from several companies which inthis way want to save costs. But we do hae a different understanding of support and want to give you directly what you pay for: Real people with many years of experience in marine biology and chemistry.

How can I cancel the service? Is that easy?
Yes, it is very simple. You just need to send us a short email with the request to cancel the subscription. Since the subscription is billed monthly, the cancellation period is always until the last day of the month.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?
Our team will do its best to meet your needs. With many individual setups it is not always easy to find the best solution immediately. It also depends on the information you provide us. If you are not satisfied, just mention it to the consultant. This will usually be clarified quickly and the good advice can continue.
